Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator
Reports to: COO
Department: Sales

Summary of Position:

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for order entry and initiating processes to continually improve the sales ordering and delivery process. Essential daily tasks for this role include entering sales orders into the Encompass system, responding to and tracking inbound sales queries and logging new sales inquiries. This role will grow in responsibility as the business grows so a “can -do”, entrepreneurial mindset is essential for success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Enter sales orders in a timely fashion
    •  All sales orders must entered into the system by 6pm daily
    • Follow up with AM’s to make sure we all meet this deadline.
  • Assist the AM’s with their order entry in Encompass when necessary
    • Triage, assign, log and follow up on all inbound sales inquiries.  Respond to all communications (calls, texts, emails - internal & external) within 24 hours.
  • Remote management of low maintenance accounts
  • Take orders, communicate product line changes, visit account where appropriate, help accounts buy more of our products,
  • Be on time with all deliverables to your manager (weekly plans, reports, etc).
  • Be on time for all meetings (both company and client meetings)
  •  Visit accounts to monitor POS, placements and product freshness at all accounts
  • Continue education on all aspects of NSD partner brands production methods, recipes, and beer styles
  • Assist with organization of weekly deliveries where necessary
  • Occasionally help out the delivery team get products to accounts 
  • Support and represent NSD brands at events
  • Be punctual and professional, every day
  • Bring an energetic, cooperative, proactive, self-motivated attitude

Education & Experience:

  • Experience working in a beverage sales office environment preferable
  • Logistical background/experience a huge plus
  • Knowledge of beverage distribution models a plus.
  • Driver's license, a clean driving record, and a car
  • MA Resident

Knowledge:

  • Previous sales related experience a huge plus 
  • Familiarity with On and Off Premise key business practices
  • Understanding of efficient delivery routing and truck payloads
  • Understanding of beer styles and production
  • Brand specific information (history, brewing style, key staff etc.)
  • Awareness of Craft Beer Industry Trends

Summary of Position:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and knowledgeably delivering Night Shift Distributing products to our wholesale accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Load the Night Shift delivery vehicle with inventory
  • Deliver beverages to all Night Shift accounts throughout MA (15-30 accounts per day)
  • Manage invoices and checks via the Encompass RAS system
  • Unload truck at end of day
  • Report to Management on a weekly basis to outline goals and tasks
  • Be punctual and professional, every day
  • Bring an energetic, cooperative, proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Grow within Night Shift and expand your role as a key member of our team

Education & Experience:

  • Must establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisor, employees, and co-workers.

The Content Writer is responsible for owning and representing the Night Shift brand voice across all channels . This role requires a conceptual ideator that focuses on how Night Shift can solve consumer problems. We are looking for someone that enjoys telling
stories (long and short form) and creating meaningful connections with our fans. Our ideal candidate is comfortable taking the time to think, write, and rewrite content to develop not only the right story but also deliver it in the right tone for our brand.
