Job Title: Wholesale Delivery Driver
Reports to: Director of Sales
Department: Delivery
Classification: Hourly

Summary of Position:
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and knowledgeably delivering Night Shift Distributing products to our wholesale accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Load the Night Shift delivery vehicle with inventory
  • Deliver beverages to all Night Shift accounts throughout MA (15-30 accounts per day)
  • Manage invoices and checks via the Encompass RAS system
  • Unload truck at end of day
  • Report to Management on a weekly basis to outline goals and tasks
  • Be punctual and professional, every day
  • Bring an energetic, cooperative, proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Grow within Night Shift and expand your role as a key member of our team
  • Employ innovative, creative thinking
  • Lead and help other brewery employees as appropriate

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Entry level to 2 years delivery experience.
  • Clean driving record
  • Wholesale beverage delivery experience a plus.
  • CDL is a plus

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of beverage styles and handling
  • Safe Operation of the Delivery Vehicle
  • Familiarity with NSD delivery Area
  • NSD partner brands and their packaging
  • Proper beverage storage procedure

Skills:

  • Operate class 5 vehicle
  • Operate forklift.
  • Utilize a hand truck for deliveries
  • Proper palletization techniques

  • Must be willing to work night shift (6pm -2am)
  • Keep the Warehouse maintained in an  orderly fashion.  
  • Must establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisor, employees, and co-workers. 
  • Ability to engage in frequent bending, stooping and stretching. Lifting up to 165lbs. 
  • Fork Lift experience a plus
  • Previous warehouse experience a plus.

The Content Writer is responsible for owning and representing the Night Shift brand voice across all channels . This role requires a conceptual ideator that focuses on how Night Shift can solve consumer problems. We are looking for someone that enjoys telling
stories (long and short form) and creating meaningful connections with our fans. Our ideal candidate is comfortable taking the time to think, write, and rewrite content to develop not only the right story but also deliver it in the right tone for our brand.

Title: Human Resource Coordinator

Summary of Position:
The HR Coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role is responsible for working with the companies leaders to hire and onboard new team members as well as providing record-keeping, file maintenance and employee files up-to-date. The candidate will also administer employee health and benefit plans as well as act as a liaison between the employees and insurance providers.  Our ideal candidate is comfortable talking to all employees and being a great listener.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Acts as one of the first points of contact for employee inquiries (payroll, benefits, forms, etc.) ensuring best-in-class employee experience and knowledgeable interactions
  • Processes data entry of all new employee information into employee management system, benefits enrollments and web portals; ongoing maintenance and follow up of all employee information and changes
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, performance management, benefits, leaves, etc.) in both paper and HRIS and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
  • Manage annual open enrollment period each year; distribute plan summary materials and required notices, assist with communicating changes to employees and arrange for onsite representation by providers.
  • Assist with recruitment and interview process including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, performing background checks, etc.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Conduct orientations and new hire onboarding.
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.
  • Coordinate bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring all timesheets are received along with necessary approvals, recorded accurately and submitted within required timeframe.
  • Work with Finance to correct any paycheck errors immediately, distribute paychecks, and timely remit 401k contributions.
  • Support other functions as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Proven experiences as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Strong ability to use software (Microsoft office word, excel and HR databases)
  • Familiarity with recruiting, especially using social media to attract candidates
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data w/ confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in human resources, business or related field
